These policies apply to driver training services offered by Learn to drive today. By using our services, you are accepting these terms and conditions. Please read our policies.
Package Payment Policy: All packages require full payment for the entire package before scheduling.
Refund Policy: If a refund is requested after lessons or packages are purchased, there is a $55 administrative fee to process the refund. No refunds or rescheduling are issued after 90 days from date of purchase.
Lessons Cancellation: 48 hours notice is required to cancel a driving lesson without penalty. Driving lessons are conducted in rain/inclement weather. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice for any reason, including weather, there will be a $95charge for rescheduling. NO Exceptions.
Lateness Policy: Instructor waits for 15 minutes after the lesson is scheduled to start. If you arrive late, the lesson still ends at the scheduled stop time. No additional time will be added to your lesson due to student being late.If student is not there within that 15-minute, student is a no-show. NO Exceptions.
No-Show Policy: If you are a no-show for a lesson, there will be a $100 charge for rescheduling, or the lesson is forfeited. NO Exceptions.
Please Note: Late cancellations or lessons cancelled due to no-show will result in a loss of income to instructor that cannot be recovered .
Certificate of Completion: After 3 lessons/6 hours of behind-the-wheel driving lessons are completed, student will issue a Certificate of Completion for all 15½ – 17½ teenagers need to provide to the DMV when taking the road test. If the certificate is lost and has to be replaced, there is a $65 fee for the replacement.
